You have turned something painful into something beautiful. I love reading about your journey. I think no matter what one’s specific pain is, we can all relate on some level. Showing your personal pain helps others confront theirs and feel less alone. We’re all human!

So beautifully and authentically written. I have read your posts and prayed for you since January. You have helped me get a glimpse of what would cause a loved one to take their own precious life. God bless your writings to save many lives, and to help heal many who are hurting from the loss of a loved one. You have a calling on your young life.

I had a therapist tell me “perspective is the best tool for change.” Truly an honor to be a bale to connect stories with so many wonderful souls. Thank you so much for your kind words.

You are helping so many of us “ come inside” to understand bipolar. It is such a devious thing, the way it brings you up to thinking you are doing great to only sending you spiraling back to the hopeless numbness you so aptly describe.

When I was young, in Bible school, our minister gave a talk about God being in the wind. I think the wind in the pine trees at Davidson was God and He gave you the courage to bring your story to us! I also think God was in your slippers!

You are a blessing to so many who are suffering from their own issues as well as their families and friends. Remember you are loved and also loving - it one of your many great assets. Mimi and I love you! G’dad
